General dentist office in Dixon is seeking a dental office front desk to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with Open Dental or similar software to manage patient
- Schedule and accomodate the patient (schedule, confirm, recall, registration, seating, etc)
- Patient insurance verification and benefit check
- Prepare and present treatment plan
- Acccept and post patient payment, provide daily deposit sheet to the owner.
- Submits insurance claim on a daily basis.
- Post insurance payment
- Send statements to the patient as needed.
- Supporting office manager about misc. marketing effort. (social media, referral program, patient appreciation, etc)
Spanish speaking is a plus.
