We are located just minutes from picturesque downtown of Stillwater. Our established dental office is looking to add a dental hygienist who wants to make a difference in people lives. We welcome applicants with experience as well as new graduates. Compensation will be based on your experience.

Dentrix software and minimal computer skills are plus.

This is part-time position with a flexibility in the schedule. Hours for this position can be as little as one day or as much as three days per week. No weekends. Fridays are half days.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in the dental office
• Ensuring patient comfort during the visit
• Screen patient's mouth during check ups
• Review patient's dental and medical history
• Effectively perform preventative dental care
• Perform periodontal treatment ( RP/RS)
• Take x-rays and 3D images
• Provide oral hygiene care instructions
• Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
• Schedule appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records

Skills

• Proven experience as dental hygienist
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $42.00 - $46.00 per hour
