Our dental office in San Ramon is looking for a long-term Front Office Receptionist/Administrator. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a great conversationalist at making patients feel at ease, can work well under pressure, multi-task & is dependable with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
1. Checking patients in & out
2. Collecting copayments
3. Discussing treatment plans
4. Scheduling appointments
We are a busy, general dental office with one doctor and a fun, friendly, hardworking team for the last 15 years. Our office is fully stocked and set up with COVID-19 protocols and PPE. We are trained and take all the necessary precautions for the safety of our patients and staff.
Tuesday: 9AM-6PM
Wednesday: 9AM-6PM
Thursday: 9AM-6PM
Friday: 9AM-5PM
Saturdays: 9AM-2PM (2x/month)
Part-Time Hours (Up to 36 hrs per week) with Full-Time Benefits offered. We offer benefits through medical, vacation, holiday, and retirement. $500 Sign on Bonus opportunity available. Salary is DOE. 1-year of Front Office dental experience is a must & dental assisting experience is a major plus!

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
