Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
- Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
- Entering and presenting treatment plans with patients and discussing financial options/responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
- Various office duties as assigned by Practice Manager
- Responding to patient financial inquiries and directing to appropriate departments, as necessary
