Our dental office prides itself on providing quality, personalized care. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of dental experience. Experience using dental practice management software is helpful. Previous experience of working with dental insurance claims is a plus but not necessary. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must as this job requires continuous interaction with patients both in person and on the phone. Pay range and benefits are competitive depending on experience.

Responsibilities (but not limited too):

* Confirm and schedule patient appointments via phone and online software.

* Check patients in and out of the practice

* Verify Insurance. Post Payments to Accounts

* Collect payment from departing patients. Book treatment & discuss financial responsibility with patient.

* Keep patient records updated

* Communicate pertinent patient information to designated departments

* Balance Daily Deposits for Insurance and Credit Cards

* Open Dental or Dental Software Experience A Plus

* We follow all guidelines set by the ADA and we provide all staff with proper PPE.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
