Dental Assistant POSITION AVAILABLE -- FULL-TIME

Employment opportunity available for full-time dental assistant in the Wyomissing Area. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and professional team member to help provide the best care to our dental patients. Knowledge of Eaglesoft a plus.

Covid Safety Measures: The office has safeguards in place and air filtration throughout the building. We supply necessary PPE.

Clinical Responsibilities: Preparing and Maintaining dental instruments, supplies and equipment. Patient management – before, during and after dental procedures. Instrument transfer and sterilization according to regulations. Assist dentist through 4-handed dentistry. Taking radiographs as prescribed by the providers. Taking impressions and pouring models.

SKILLS:

-- Experience as dental assistant

-- Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization techniques

-- Understanding health and safety regulations

-- Excellent communication and people skills

-- Well organized and reliable

High school diploma; graduating from dental assisting program preferred

JOB TYPE:

--Full-Time Dental Assistant: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday

SALARY: Negotiable and Commensurable with experience.

EDUCATION:

-- High School Diploma

-- Graduation from Dental Assisting Program (Preferred)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

-- X-ray Certification required
