YOUR IMPACT

As a member of the Delivery Team, the Senior Manager of Delivery Operations will play a critical role in driving continued growth across Wingstop’s system of over 1,700 domestic restaurants. This position is part of a small, agile team that owns the delivery channel, and this role will be responsible for the execution of our delivery platforms including system uptime, training, and development of processes for issue resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Work cross functionally to develop a holistic perspective that considers sales performance, customer insights, unit economics, operations, and other parts of our business to shape our growth strategies
  • Assess, prioritize, influence, and communicate delivery channel operational performance to cross functional and senior leadership teams
  • Monitor operational performance with a constant focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Refine operational procedures, communicate best practices, and develop training, tools, and resources
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and drive alignment on objectives with key business partners
  • Analyze processes and procedures to optimize and drive operational efficiency

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or STEM is preferred
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a Finance, Marketing or STEM is a plus
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the restaurant industry
  • Strong working knowledge of the delivery service platforms
  • Ability to understand business objectives and requirements, organize and interpret data, and deliver insights and recommendations
  • Experience managing cross functional and strategic teams/projects
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
