About This Position
At Miller Paint, we want you to exceed our customers’ expectations in our stores by providing extraordinary service in the areas of paint and product knowledge, project support, color suggestions, and over-the-top friendly service.
Duties include but not limited to:

• Accurately mixing paint orders
• Processing sales transactions correctly
• Stocking and organizing product
• Assisting with color and product selection for customers
• Most shifts are between the hours of 7am-6pm Monday - Friday and Saturdays 8am-4pm. Our stores are closed on Sundays.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to distinguish the differences between colors.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Delivers product to Store and Customers as needed.
• Makes daily deliveries of sundries and paint.
• Handles incoming freight.
• Unloads delivery trucks, checks in freight and stocks product in proper location.
• Keeps the warehouse clean and organized.
• Replenishes the sales floor with stock.
• Changes out displays on the sales floor as directed.
• Does carry outs when needed.
• Cleans, troubleshoots and rents equipment.
• Fills out all required paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
