We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at Harley-Davidson of Glendale. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting motorcycles and related products to our valued customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about motorcycles and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport motorcycles and related products to customers' designated locations within the specified timeframes.
• Load and unload motorcycles onto delivery vehicles, ensuring their proper securing and protection during transit.
• Inspect motorcycles for any damages or issues prior to loading and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations, maintaining a safe driving record at all times.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles, reporting any mechanical issues to the management promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, recording all deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption information.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service departments to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
• Assist with inventory management, including organizing and maintaining the motorcycle storage area.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Knowledge and passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport motorcycles using appropriate equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and report any motorcycle damages or issues.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings based on delivery schedules.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and maneuver motorcycles in tight spaces.
