Good Day Farm is growing fast! We are looking for an additional team members with a passion for the cannabis industry to join the Company as Delivery Drivers. The Delivery Technician will be responsible for packing product shipments, checking METRC transfer manifests, and delivering Good Day Farm products to dispensaries across the entire state of Missouri. The Delivery Drivers report directly to the Distribution Manager and be a part of a small, but growing team of Drivers.
Delivery Drivers will be scheduled to work 40+ hours. Schedule will be daytime hours and typically include a Sunday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ability to safely operate large delivery vehicles. CDL is preferred.
- Desire to work overtime hours and on-call shifts. Shifts may last 8+ hours and cover 500+ miles in all weather and road conditions.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines. All routes are monitored with live dashcam feeds and GPS tracking, and there is a zero-tolerance policy for any unsafe or aggressive driving or driving under the influence of any substance.
- Perform manual labor including lifting 100 lbs., bending, squatting, and climbing in and out of vehicle multiple times each day.
- Ability to work independently and have excellent attendance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years driving experience, CDL preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Driver's license and a clean driving record for 5 years
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and able to obtain a State Marijuana Agent Card
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Willingness to promote products and encourage sales
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and have excellent attendance
- Ability to work overtime hours and on-call shifts
