The Fruit Center Marketplace is the South Shore’s premier gourmet and specialty foods retailer. As a member of the Fruit Center Marketplace deli team, you will work with management and all other team members to perform the following tasks:

- Provide superior customer service in all areas of the store, ensuring their needs are met in a timely fashion.

- Waiting on customers in a fast paced, fun environment which will include slicing, cutting, weighing, packaging and pricing merchandise.

- Maintain product quality, freshness and ensure proper rotation of product.

- Assist in preparation of food product while following department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating and stocking of product.

- Follow and comply with established health department and company sanitation procedures.

- Assist in receiving, unloading, storing, and displaying of orders, and products.

- Operate and clean all deli equipment and tools while maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the department.

- Assist in stocking and maintaining displays ensuring they are attractive and filled.

- Looking for schedule flexibility that includes one weekend day, holiday availability and some nights (we close at 7pm).

- A love of food, passion for creativity, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
