What you will do
This is a great opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to plan and drive initiatives supporting the implementation of Orbia’s Strategic Plan by:
Developing enterprise-wide inclusion initiatives which generate strong employee engagement
Partnering with People and Communication teams to operationalize, communicate and promote our efforts
Supporting and amplifying business groups’ and Employee Resources Groups’ initiatives
Providing skilled project management services in planning, implementing, and evaluating workplace inclusion initiatives including:
Organize enterprise-wide initiatives, events, and webinars
Lead and coordinate the planning, creation, and dissemination of related internal communications
Draft the development of resources, collateral, and training materials
Curate DEI content on internal platforms
What you need to succeed
Bachelor degree, preferably in Social Sciences, Psychology, Human Resources, Diversity Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in planning, building, aligning and implementing DEI initiatives in a large organization, supporting roll out of DEI strategies and best practices
Demonstrated success in leading/coordinating projects and supporting change management
Demonstrated knowledge of workplace inclusion concepts and methodologies, as well as the practical implications of culture transformation
Experience successfully operating in a complex matrixed global organization
Ability to prioritize, manage own timelines and deliverables working remotely
Proactiveness
Cultural awareness & sensitivity
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
Analytical mindset, PPT and Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, graphs)
Attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset
