We are looking to hire for a Porter position at a building we manage in Fort Lee, NJ . If you have a knack for customer service and work experience as a Porter, we’d like to meet you.
Skills:
- Work experience with Cleaning, Maintenance or similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Must have a passion for elevated customer service, and must be ambitious, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate and comfortable with people of all age groups.
- Must possess strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by exceeding client's expectations and needs.
- Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building.
- Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
- Prior experience working in a customer service industry (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Fort Lee, NJ 07024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
