Job description
The scope of work for the positions-
- Vacuuming, spot-clean-carpets
- Office and building cleaning
- Cleaning wall baseboards
- Wiping down desks, surfaces, sinks, kitchen areas, conference room,
- Emptying trash receptacles/bins throughout the building.
- Removing dust and scuff marks.
- Pre-spot and shampoo all carpeted areas
- Mopping areas
- Machine scrub hard surfaces
- Remove marks/smudges from areas- such as walls, hard surfaces. Clean seating, tables/desks, and seating areas.
- Clean surfaces like high-touch areas- like elevators buttons, light switches, doorknobs, etc
- Dusting, Sweeping
- Window Cleaning
- Refill supplies- such as toilet paper, soap, etc.
- Monitor the lavatories.
- Keeping a daily log of broken items and/or items to be addressed.
Pay Rate- $17.50 7:00AM-3:00 PM
Start day: roughly mid June- late June.
