WE ARE A SMALL MILITARY SUPPLIER/RESELLER BASED IN NATIONAL CITY, CA. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SELF STARTER, WITH STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL TO MANAGE THE DATABASE ON OUR SALES PLATFORMS AND COMPANY WEBSITE.
-DATABASE SPREADSHEET ENTRY AND MANAGEMENT ON MULTIPLE SALES PLATFORMS (MILITARY E-COMMERCE)
-MAINTAIN VENDOR RELATIONS TO ACQUIRE DATA FOR ENTRY
-ABLE TO ENSURE CONTRACT COMPLIANCE FOR MILITARY SPECS
-PROFICIENT MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE SKILLS NECESSARY (WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, POWER POINT)
-KNOWLEDGE OF PHOTO EDITING SOFTWARE (PHOTO SHOP)
-FAMILIAR WITH EDI IS A PLUS
-FAMILIAR WITH SALES AND MARKETING - HELPFUL, BUT NOT NECESSARY.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES A KEEN EYE FOR DETAILS, AND THE ABILITY TO MULTITASK. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK WITH OUR SALES TEAM AS SUPPORT, AND TO WORK BY DIRECT ORDERS FROM SENIOR MANAGEMENT.
