Job description
As an experienced professional in Project Execution within the CCB Information Controls Engineering team, you will partner and collaborate with the Chief Data Office, Product Owners, Technical Leads, Application Owners, and Information Security Managers in support CCB's Controls and Regulatory agenda. The CCB Information Controls Engineering team ensures that applications and platforms are in compliance with the firm's key Data Management controls, and helps drive control automation solutions across CCB.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide project level oversight for Data Management initiatives within CCB
  • Provide project level oversight supporting the Application Records Management program within CCB
  • Manage issue resolution and risk mitigation as necessary
  • Identify and develop requirements for risk control automation initiatives
  • Identify, develop and implement continuous process enhancements
  • Proactively identify obstacles and effectively problem solve and collaborate with teams to identify solutions
  • Help drive content development for executive audiences and status reporting including but not limited to metrics gathering and executive presentations

Qualifications include:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7 years in project management experience preferably in data risk management
  • Retention and Destruction controls experience is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically, innovate and clearly communicate complex ideas
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Ability to work comfortably and confidently in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with a practical and structured approach to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management; ability to articulate complex ideas, concepts, issues, and solutions in a clear and concise manner to various levels of management
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Tableau) and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
