Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing live phone, email, and chat support for clients, users, and advertisers using our technology
• Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and proactive communication
• Responsiveness within established service levels and with a high degree of professionalism
• Delivering accurate, valid and complete information on Intiva Health systems
• Training and onboarding new clients through 1:1 or 1:many virtual conferences
• Using professional discernment by escalating issues to the department supervisor
• Reporting on individual performance
• Actively contributing to internal process improvement initiatives including updating and maintaining a library of training materials, FAQs, and macros
• Keeping accurate records and document client service actions and discussions

Skills and Qualifications:

• Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Genuine care for clients and a passion to deliver positive client experiences
• Confidence and poise under pressure, particularly when working through challenging and or sensitive client issues
• Ability to show initiative, work independently, and prioritize work appropriately
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, PM, and ticketing software is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to respond to rapid changes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, HIM or similar field
