Description:W.S. Darley & Co. is looking to add an entry level, data driven person to join our team! This position works to maintain documentation and to drive the data of our sales bids and submission.

Darley Defense, a division of the W.S. Darley company, specializes in using existing contracts to distribute products and services to the Federal Government. Darley Defense specializes in special operational equipment and fire and emergency services.
Essential Functions of the position:

• Data entry for sales quotes
• Timely submission of all bids
• “No quote” report tracking
• Updating database addresses
• Generate daily report & distribution
• General back up for additional administration duties

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements:Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate or certificate programs preferred

Experience

• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Data entry experience
