TGH Imaging's clinical radiology practice has been Tampa's most trusted since 1970. As the leader in outpatient radiology services throughout the Tampa Bay area, we are dedicated to the highest quality patient care utilizing state-of-the-art technology and recruiting highly trained radiologists.

We are looking for the perfect candidate to fill this new full-time Data Entry Specialist position that will be part of our Marketing Team. This position is Monday - Friday, full-time 40 hours a week, and on-site at our Corporate office.

This position is responsible for entering data from various sources into marketing and business development software solutions vital for processes and management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

· Maintains database by entering new and updated physician profile (PP) and contact relationship management (CRM) provider account information.

· Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

· Establishes entry priorities.

· Processes PP and CRM account source documents and/or submissions by reviewing data for deficiencies.

· Resolves deficiencies by working with submitting party, collaborating with the Radiology Information System (RIS) team, or other tools or team members to bring resolution.

· Enters PP and CRM provider account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on the keyboard.

· Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

· Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or reentering data.

· Merge duplicate CRM leads into CRM accounts when applicable.

· Secure information by saving each record after updates are complete.

· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Any and all other duties that administration, managers, supervisors, coordinators and VP of Ambulatory Business Development requests.

Education / Experience

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Data entry experience or related office experience.

· Proficient in MS office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

Skills

· Proficient typing and keyboard skills.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Problem solving techniques and skills.

Abilities

· Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.

· Ability to multi-task. Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities and completes them in a timely manner, professionally and appropriately.
