Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire full-time Data Entry/Sales Administrator for our East Syracuse Branch. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in the complete sales cycle.

Job responsibilities include:

• Entering Purchase Orders
• Receiving Purchase Orders and updating vehicles
• Processing Sales Orders
• Filing
• Entering Vendor Invoices
• Helping to back up the inside sales team as needed
• Ordering supplies
• Typing delivery tickets and warranty documents
• Processing warranty documents

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy emphasis in word and excel
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve and dig for the answers
• Must be comfortable and proficient with basic accounting practices
• Outstanding customer service experience
