POSITION: Data Entry Clerk

SALARY: Open

RESPONSIBLE TO: Clinical Supervisor/Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Entering information into relevant databases.
• Updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available
• Ensuring data is backed up.
• Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered.
• Scan and storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval in cloud based storage system
• Relieve front desk receptionist during lunch
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fast typing skills required (Must type minimum of 40 wpm)
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Associate preferred
• Must display a willingness to perform a variety of office tasks when needed
• Must have good organizational skills and able to handle large volumes of work and various tasks simultaneously
• Must be organized and work well under pressure
• Must be able to pass LEIN background check.
• Must be able to submit negative urine analysis
