REQUIREMENT DETAILS

Job Title: Transaction Processor / Data Entry
Location: Concord, NH- Onsite
Pay rate: $16.50/hr on W2
Duration: 3 Months Contract to Hire

Hours: 8:00AM- 4:30 PM; Monday through Friday with the possibility of flexible hours

Must provide typing test score on the resume.

About the Role
As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. You will verify and correct data where necessary.

As a Transaction Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Enter data from source documents into the prescribed computer database, files, and forms
  • Transcribe information into the required electronic format
  • Obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
  • Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
  • Print information when required
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have MS Office product experience
  • Have the ability to type 40 WPM (words per minute)
  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • Have prior business environment work experience
  • Have an ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, clients, and providers
  • Have attention to detail, grammar, and spelling accuracy skill set
  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • Be able to successfully pass a pre-employment screening and drug test

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Concord, NH 03301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
