POSITION SUMMARY

The Data Entry Clerk plays an important role by entering information quickly and accurately from discrepancy forms and providing findings on what common discrepancies are found to the Quality Manager.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
• Update customer information in a database.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records.
• Search for and investigate information contained in files.
• Perform regular database backups to secure data.
• Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
• Operate common office equipment, like scanners and printers.
• Other duties as assigned by Quality Manager

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma
• 2 years Data Entry experience preferred
• Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups)
• Keen eye for detail and discrepancies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
