Job description

Probate Advance is looking to hire Court Researcher. This job requires you to go to the District of Columbia Courts (515 5th St NW, Washington, DC 20001) to procure specific probate-related documents during business hours. In addition, there will be training on identifying and obtaining detailed documents/records. This position is a results-based job, so your earning potential can exceed what is listed. In addition, this job is flexible, so you can decide on your hours if you can make it to the court during business hours.

Requirements:

• Must have a laptop computer that you can bring with you
• Must be able to type quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to work during regular court business hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to scan documents if needed
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

We pay per name and address you provide, so the more efficient you are, the more money you can make.
