Job description
Job Summary:Responsible for collecting and organizing final quantitative and imaging results. Performs basic data analysis including machine learning applications and quality control on the results, and communicates with clinical collaborators for the dissemination and discussion of the results. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience using advanced neuro-imaging processing techniques and to apply these methods in the study of normal and pathological brain function.
Job Duties:
Testing, validating and extending advanced image processing algorithms.
Preparing and extending image processing pipelines.
Applying existing pipelines on magnetic resonance brain imaging data sets from various studies involving structural, DTI, functional MRI and PET scans.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a specialized field of study is required.
Experience:
Three (3) years of related experience is required.
