Coordinates the collection, extrapolation, and reporting of data in support of operational and financial initiatives within the Patient Care Division.
- B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information/Computer Systems or related field.
- Three (3) or more years business or healthcare experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting and budgeting.
- Demonstrated analytical and communication skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated knowledge of hospital operations.
- Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Sciences, or related field.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of QuickBase.
- Ability to manage multiple databases effectively.
