Description
ZIN Technologies is seeking a Data Analyst to work within the Project Management Office, analyzing and using data to improve processes in the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, work order processes and business strategies.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize business processes.
• Utilize foundational skills in statistical analysis to address business challenges and translate statistical findings.
• Develop and execute data flow including Data Wrangling; Storage; Analysis; Visualization; and Publication.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Must be flexible and able to function effectively under tight deadlines when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (analytics, data science) or experience equivalent
• Familiar with data modeling techniques such as Monte Carlo, Bayesian
• Ability to work with Power BI, MS Access, and other MS platforms
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders
• Experience creating and using machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Regression
• Simulation
• Scenario analysis
• Modeling
• Clustering
• Decision trees
• Neural networks
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
