Job description
Chrysalis Center, a nonprofit social services organization, is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented team member to work with their Continuous Quality Control (CQI) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing client data and outcomes, identifying trends, preparing information & reports for staff and licensing accrediting bodies.
Other duties would include, providing technical assistance to the electronic health record, including training and support for clinical staff, as well as under the supervision of the Director of CQI/IT, conduct compliance, risk management, and other quality improvement activities.
If you have a Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of two years of experience in statistics and data analysis, common testing methodologies, and advanced computer skills, we would love to talk with you!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
