Agri-King is hiring an Dairy Specialist to join its growing team in Eastern Wisconsin. As a Dairy Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sales and providing dairy nutrition advisement to producers in the Eastern Wisconsin area from Madison to Beaver Dam to Milwaukee to Green Bay, WI.

The Dairy Specialist will be responsible for developing a profitable sales area by selling, servicing, educating, and motivating dairy producers to improve the performance and efficiency of their enterprises.

For over 50 years, Agri-King has helped clients improve livestock health for dairy, beef, poultry and swine producers through highly-fortified and properly-balanced diets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop professional connections with dairy producers and farmers
• Independently work your territory and stay self-motivated
• Provide a consultative sales approach to build long-lasting relationships

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working in agriculture sales, animal feed, animal nutrition, or dairy nutrition is required
• High school diploma required; bachelor or associate degree in nutrition/dairy science/agriculture preferred
• Proficiency working with counselor-based selling
