We’re growing rapidly and currently seeking a Cybersecurity Performance Analyst to support our team in Washington, DC (currently remote, open to local candidates).
- Normalize and translate Cyber Risks at the organizational level to support a fully integrated, prioritized, enterprise-wide view of organizational risks to drive strategic and business decisions.
- Develop and maintain Cybersecurity dashboards that map to key metrics (ex.FISMA CIO metrics).
- Supports the reporting of key metrics (ex. FISMA CIO metrics).
- Coordination with key business leaders to gather inputs.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or related discipline from an accredited college or University required.
- 5+ years IT Security / Cybersecurity experience.
- Certification(s) in information security (e.g., CISSP or CISM).
- Experience with data visualization (e.g., PowerBI)
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experience developing and maturing KPI dashboards.
