Job description
- Accurate Headcount and Expense Annual Planning/Forecasts, Variance Analysis
- Being able to understand and articulate business drivers to your business partners and the finance team is essential.
- You'll combine the ability to support day-to-day activities while partnering with key business and finance partners to drive business performance.
- Regularly engage with Senior Management, Operations, and Delivery teams.
- Show eagerness to inspire change across key areas of Learning & Certifications by working on and potentially leading key initiatives.
- Finally, ensure compliance in all aspects of the business.
- PR management and Accruals
- Driving continuous improvement to our financial support processes that adapt to ongoing business changes.
Who you'll work with:
In this position, you will work closely with the Learning & Certifications Leadership and Operations teams. You will also work alongside our CX FP&A Finance team. Our plays a vital role in supporting CX’s business growth and profitability in our role as key advisors to our business leaders.
Who you are:
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Expense management experience including managing month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Strong collaboration, presentation, influencing, and communications skills and ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in financial analysis and familiarity with the broader underlying concepts of related business fields
- Must be open to sharing ideas and suggestions for operational improvement and optimizations.
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to multitask without losing focus on the big picture.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
