Summary: Responsible for providing customer service for clients and staff to achieve the goals of the respective program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

· Answer phones, emails, and other forms of communication to schedule appointments for clients

· Communicates with outside agencies regarding scheduling and the provision of services.

· Maintain a level of attendance consistent with Westbrook’s attendance policy

· Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations

· Maintains confidentiality of all information and complies with HIPAA regulations.

· Demonstrates knowledge of and supports Westbrook Health Services mission, vision, values, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards and code of ethical behavior

Qualification Requirements:

· Excellent attention to detail working accurately and efficiently under time constraints, be organized, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Must be able to work all shifts or be flexible with hours.

· Able to use basic office machines such as computer system with programmed software, phones, and fax machine.

· Must be able to communicate clearly and accurately with a variety of individuals to convey and receive information effectively.

· Must work well in a team environment.

· Work with staff, consumers, and others in a professional, cooperative, ethical, respectful, and effective manner.

· Ability to work with a diverse group of people

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED; prior computer/PC experience, and Medical Office Setting experience preferred. Must pass Criminal Investigation Background and DHHR background checks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
