Curious Elixirs is looking for a customer service and community specialist to work with our quickly-growing eCommerce company. You’ll be joining an existing team as the first point of contact for our thousands of customers across the country - so a supreme sense of patience and self-direction is absolutely required.

You should also be very adept at both Facebook and Instagram to help manage customer comments on social channels.

Position Overview

Location: Remote

Hours/wk: 20-30 hours/week

Benefits: Competitive contract hourly pay starting at $22/hr, Flexible hours, and room to grow within a mission-driven company.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers to help solve problems and answer questions, bonus points if you’ve worked with a ticketing system like Groove and worked closely with customers
  • Ordering + Managing dry goods and finished product inventory
  • Monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery + damage reconciliation
  • Communicating with vendors, restaurants, and event partners
  • Dealing with shipping carriers to keep our costs down and our customers happy
  • Tracking larger trends in customer support and operations, so we can improve as we grow
  • Potential to grow into building wholesale and affiliate partnerships

Qualifications * 1+ years experience in similar working role

  • Excellent communication, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-starting/entrepreneurial attitude - we’re looking for someone to FIND problems and then solve them!
  • Strong interest in the food, wellness and e-commerce space
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and coordinate within the Curious team and external partner teams to execute plans and meet deadlines is critical
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong problem solving, relationship management, planning, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify and 3PL's are a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00/hour and Up. Bonuses for Good Performance.
