We are looking for a dynamic, high energy, self-starter, who lives and breathes customer service. This candidate will be ready to support both event organizers and their participants and answer any questions they may have.

WHO YOU ARE:
+1 year(s) of experience in customer service
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and communication skills
Ability to learn, understand, and use technology
Great attitude with a passion to provide amazing service and support to every customer
Self-starter with a great ability for problem-solving
This is an ONSITE position (Miami); We are currently not accepting remote or offshore applicants.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Offering quality support to participants with technical and event questions
Providing professional phone, email, and live chat support
Routing event-specific questions accordingly
Documenting customer feature requests
Escalating high priority and urgent support requests to event representatives
Communicating with the development team regarding system bugs and improvements
Taking on other participant-related tasks or projects as assigned
