The Role

As a Customer Success Associate you'll be responsible for building relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue for the company. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible service and support.


What You Will Do

  • Develop relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from discovery to securing a deal
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients
  • Effectively communicate and build relationships through phone, email, and a chat-based platform.
  • Assist in conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Work with senior account executives to negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies

What You Need to Succeed

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Solid understanding of various sales automation tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Chilipiper, etc. and proven ability to leverage these tools in a tech touch sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the Nonprofit industry is a plus

Compensation

The salary for this position is $50,000, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
