Job Summary
The Customer Dispute Resolution Specialist will submit disputes to customers to eliminate and reduce fines and penalties.
Essential Job Functions *
1. Monitor customer portals for fines, penalties, and other charges
2. Investigate fines and penalties to determine if we can dispute
3. Obtain support and submit disputes to customers
4. Communicate across functions (sales, finance, operations, customer service, etc.) to share root causes of the fines
5. Develop tracking system for disputes being worked to ensure responses are submitted timely

Education & Experience

• Experience in accounts receivable, accounting, and/or customer service is preferred

Office: Office setting. Seldom exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Loud working environment of the shop area. Functional vision and hearing are required.
