Primary Function:
The Warranty/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing warranty support and/or resolve product warranty repairs via phone and electronic communication.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver industry leading customer support
- Document all applicable customer contacts and claims in Oracle
- Administer product warranties per guidelines
- Work with cross-functional teams to look at emerging trends and product improvement opportunities
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00AM -7:00 PM
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of Technical (Product) Customer Service experience is required
- Strong computer and phone skills are required
- Associate degree is preferred
- Experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industries is preferred
- Experience with Oracle is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
