Let’s make a ripple effect together. Guest Experience Team Members are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location. You’ll work as a team to ensure each guest has an outstanding experience while driving membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand. What you’ll do: • Deliver mind blowing customer service.

• Present and explain each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships. • Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel. • Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. • Ensure facilities are always clean and presentable.

What you’ll need: • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. • A sense of urgency. • Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. • A passion for serving others.
