Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Location: Hybrid in ATL (Tues mandatory onsite in Buckhead)

Duration: Perm

Must Haves:

• 1+ years of Call Center experience in a hybrid setting
• Financial services/ banking background
• Experience using Excel, SharePoint and MS Office

Day to Day:

A fintech client is looking for a Customer Service Team Lead. The Customer Service Team Lead will help direct a team of on and offshore resources. The team members are responsible for communication, updates, and resolutions from third-party vendors and the international call centers. This role will work with the other Team Lead and report to the Customer Service Manager. This is a hybrid role x3 a week in Buckhead.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for mail received
• Check source documents for accuracy
• Verify data and correct data where necessary
• Obtain further information for incomplete documents
• Scan and upload documents with communication in debt counseling and or Bankruptcy
• Act as a liaison for third parties representatives
• Point of contact for trace and audit of checks receivable
• Provide support to the call center team for escalations
• Monitor and investigate complaints.
• Audit, monitor and respond to reviews
• Assist and monitor Quality Assurance grading and performance.
• Assist in creating updates or modules for new feature and or training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
