Job description
We are seeking an experienced
Customer Service Team Leader for our Green Bay client. This is a great opportunity for an individual with at least three years of customer service experience who is looking to take their skills/knowledge to a new level within a leadership capacity. In this role one will work with customers to address questions and orders in a timely fashion in addition to working with sales representatives to support new and prospective customers. As Lead of the customer service team this role will be responsible for overseeing two customer service team members, including developing their skills and motivating the team.
Customer Service Team Leader job duties include:
1. Oversee order entry to ensure orders are entered correctly
2. Develop process improvements
3. Set up and maintaining new customers within the database and throughout onboarding
4. Ensure timelines are met, promotional pricing is managed and orders are being processed correctly
5. Guarantee the customer service department is meeting call time and resolution time standards
6. Handle returns/defects according to company policy
