Alliance Workforce Orlando is currently seeking outside sales representatives for our client to sell doors, trim and other bulding produicts to builders, remodelers, and retail customers in Florida.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Interviews: As soon as possible.

Job Type: Full Time - Temp to Perm based on performance.

Required Availability: Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

Sells doors, trim and other building products to builders, remodelers, and retail customers in Florida. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Travels throughout target territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders. Displays, demonstrates and explains product lines. Prepares product take offs on site, according to architect plans. Keeps customer apprised of progress in meeting scheduled milestones. Attends customer safety and production meetings. Works closely with company pricing, accounting, purchasing, customer service, and production personnel to insure customer satisfaction. Investigates and resolves customer problems. Coordinates with subcontracted installers to ensure professional and on-time installation.

Qualifications:

• Experience - 3 to 5 years in door and trim sales or related construction job site supervision
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college
• High Energy
• Self-motivated/team player
• Must be reliable and dependable - On time every day to work

Pay Rate: $39,000.00 plus commission and transportation expenses. Negotiable based on experience.
