Job description

Ardor Boutique - Downtown Nisswa MN. Women's Clothing and Beautiful Jewelry.

Come join our boutique team. We are looking for someone who is upbeat and outgoing with a love for fashion, beautiful jewelry, & helping customers!

Responsibilities would include:

  • Customer experience
  • Team communication
  • Product processing
  • Maintaining displays and restocking.

Work Hours/Schedule

  • Fall Hours available: 8-14 hours a week.
  • Primarily need someone who is available to work Saturdays during our fall/winter season.
  • Some flexibility available with schedule

Employee Pay & Perks

  • Hourly pay: $12-$20 depending on sales experience and skill
  • Saturday and Sunday hours worked are an additional $1 per hour.
  • Staff discounts and perks.
  • Potential for advancement.
