DAYTIME & OVERNIGHT SHIFTS, MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
NELTS, Inc is a leading provider in Landscaping, Sweeping, & Snow Removal that is a family owned and operated company based in North Franklin CT. Due to rapid growth we are searching for a honest, skilled, dedicated, & loyal Customer Service Reps to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately serve as an admin to Directors, Branch Managers, Account Managers where you will dispatch vendors, and manage customer retention calls, and aid in vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working a combination of second, third and weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.
This will be done by aiding the Directors, Branch Managers and Account Managers in developing an appropriate level of communication with clients , internal and external team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. In addition to, proactively managing services and schedules using our technology platforms, and maintaining set KPI's.
Responsibilities Of Assisting Directors and Managers in:
- Ensure customer properties are maintained properly per SOW and are safe for services like Snow Removal, Landscaping, Parking Lot Sweeping, & More
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs at a store level
- Supply date for all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
- Retention Calls
- Effectively negotiate ongoing contractual agreements
- Manage administrative functions such as reporting, invoicing, tracking, property measurements, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous account management or customer service rep experience in Facility Maintenance, specifically Snow Removal & Landscaping is a plus
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing roles
- Professional behavior with Customers and Sub-Contractors at all times
- Ability to manage high stress environments at a fast pace
- Team & Solution Oriented
- Flexible schedule during the winter season. Ability to be available 24/7 during storms or emergencies by phone & email. Your schedule will not be set during winter storms.
- When completing an overnight shift you may be the only one in a locked building, must be ok with working alone at night
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Application Question(s):
- During winter season an open & flexible shift is required. If it snows on holidays and weekends we work to manage storms. a typical day can be 7am to 5pm on slow days, and up 10 13 hours during snow events. You will be asked to cover overnight shifts while Account Managers manage business hours. During slower months like May to September a typical day is 9am to 5pm. Can you abide by these schedule requirements?
