Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.

JOB SUMMARY:

Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.

• Monitor the blow mold machines to ensure quality of product and its processing
• Order entry & maintenance
• Shipping verification
• Pricing verification
• Input customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database
• Assist with customer inventory management
• Manage customer owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.)
• Manage customer specific finished goods
• Assist with the management of obsolete inventory
• Assist with accounts receivables
• Maintenance of manual BOL
• Invoicing verification
• Sample shipments
• Mail marketing information (brochures)
• Generate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.)
• Assist with Credit Memos when needed
• Maintain customer files

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing experience is desired
• Two years prior customer service experience is required
• An AS degree is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office is required
