We are looking for Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our remote community.

About this role:

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other team members to provide dependable and empathetic support that represents our values and those espoused by our clients. We value your input and encourage you to contribute ideas for the improvement of our daily operations and customer-centered goals. As you support end users and navigate various operating systems and software, we support you!

  • Must have a PC or Mac with the following specifics - CPU Speed: 1.6 GHz, Hard Drive: 112 GB (PC)/118 GB (Mac), RAM: 4 GB, Operating System: Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.15 Catalina, Internet Speed: 10 mbps download/3 mbps upload, Manufacturing Date: 2012 or later. No Chromebooks or Tablets.
  • Phone support requires a noise cancelling headset.
  • Must have access to a webcam or video conference ability for all internal communication.
