We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Support Team. In this position, you will be responsible for performing customer service activities including telephone and e-mail support activities. As a Customer Support Agent, you will greet customers; respond to inquiries; determine appropriate response or direction for the caller; promote various marketing campaigns; issue messages; and resolve problems within given authority. This also includes performing various operational background duties; processing account balance or transfer requests, stop payment orders, changes of address and other such customer requests. There will also be routine daily tasks such as; review reports, prepare correspondence; and participate in special department projects.
- Experience in a call center environment; 2-3 years in financial services
- Experienced and knowledgeable in banking
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry skills
- Works with Integrity and Honesty in a team atmosphere
