Rocky Mountain Leather Supply is a unique e-commerce business selling premium leather and supplies to our customers all over the world! This role for customer service representative is fun and will give you a change to interact with all areas of the business. Every day is different and unique. We are looking for someone that can bring energy to the team and take care of our customers.

Responsibilities

Summary of essential job functions:

• Customer service – answer emails, calls and chat regarding shipping, inventory, returns, back orders, product inquiries, etc.
• Special orders – set up orders on Shopify that are placed through email or phone calls.
• Returns – authorizes returns for customers/orders that qualify for returns. Issue an RMA and keep track of the return shipments.
• Daily Reports – completes all required day end processes and paperwork
• Completing Quotes – completing quotes for requests made through email/phone for existing customers or new customers and enter them in shopify.
• Special Projects - Help when needed in the warehouse, packaging orders or putting together kits
• Physical Abilities Required - Must be able to occasionally lift packages 10-20 lbs
• Other duties as required
