We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our U.S. business and retail customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized, professional service to customers calling in, entering and maintaining orders, verifying account information for accuracy, and tracking orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of our products and advertising items to assist retailers with inquiries and solutions for their consumers.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree plus six months related experience/training in customer service.
