Our company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who can handle a high volume of calls and visitors to our company as well as handle customer complaints. The ideal candidate will be especially attuned to customer needs and committed to resolving customer issues within 24 hours. The experience and professional demeanor of the perfect candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the positive image of our company among our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to callers by conveying appropriate information to the appropriate party.
