Find IT XL is a Michigan, based Company, We specialize in marketing, sales, customer service, and management. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any problems that our customers might face!

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Career-oriented
- Must want advancement opportunity
- Must be professional
- Must be able to pass a background check
- At least 1 year in a customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
